Information collected
Cage Forged Media collects information you choose to submit through quote, production-setup, and support-request forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, event details, and technical information about a broadcast system.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, provide technical support, plan production work, and maintain client and system records. Cage Forged Media does not sell submitted information.
Technical credentials
Do not submit passwords, stream keys, software license keys, payment-card numbers, or remote-access credentials through website forms. If temporary access is needed for support, a separate secure method will be arranged.
Service providers
Website hosting, form delivery, database, authentication, email, and payment providers may process the minimum information required to operate their services. Payment-card information should be handled by the payment provider and not stored in Cage Forged Media's client records.
